Community Unity Surf Appreciation Day

May 19, 2018 @ 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

With the inaugural season of the Eco Pro Surf Series behind us, we want everyone to see what the benefiting charities are up to and in one awesome day! Future 6C4CW – Citizens for Clean Water, and Share The Stoke Foundation have partnered up for a Community Unity Surf Appreciation Day event at Boynton Beach’s Oceanfront Park!

Absolutely 100% free to attend and free to participate (except parking), these 3 charities will be providing surfing for both special needs kids (Future 6’s “For The Love of Surfing”) and inner city youth (Share The Stoke Foundation) PLUS a beach clean up with beach activities (C4CW’s “Children 4 Clean Water” initiative). Partnered from the community includes Little Smiles of FloridaSalt KuredRobins & MortonGroup, Myreligion SurfGround Swell Surf Shop and Nomad Surf Shopproviding art projects and other activities.

Also FPL will be on the beach to teach you about solar energy! Special thanks to the City of Boynton Beach for providing a free bus service for the inner city kiddos so they can get to the beach! Also to Endless Summer Plates and Ironclad Digital Business Solutions for their sponsorship to help this event step it up. We also want to throw a special thanks to Brett Prinz, owner/shaper of CROWD CONTROL surf co. for donating a classic shape which all the kids will be leaving a hand print on to go to auction! We are still seeking a few (3-4) local lunch sponsors for this massive event, please email donny@f6helpinghand.org with interest.

We need all your help! F6 and STS will need tons of volunteers willing to push kiddos into some summer surfing fun! If you can donate a few hours of your time May 19, we guarantee it will be worth your while to see those kiddos faces enjoying what we all love, the beach! For any questions about the CUSAD, please reach out via email to ecopro@f6helpinghand.org. Volunteer registration has been set up at www.f6helpinghand.org/volunteer
